The 720p test resizes and letterboxes a 640 × 480 fixture. It measures throughput, not native 720p quality.

What is being measured?

The saved clip stays local. This measures recurrent RVM, completed alpha readback and blur. Camera capture and recording need a separate live check.

Graph enqueue is not completed GPU compute. Graph plus readback includes existing GPU synchronization and alpha resizing. Canvas submission can be asynchronous; the test avoids adding a per-frame GPU fence. Throughput includes browser scheduling and the shared compositor.
